We ship every order from our facility in Gurugram, Haryana.
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of being placed. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner handling the shipment. Metro cities typically receive orders sooner than remote pin codes.
You will receive tracking details by email once your order leaves our facility.
If a shipment appears delayed or stuck in transit, write to with your order number and we will follow it up with the courier.
