These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.
The products. Ascension Foods sells food products intended for general consumption. Product images are indicative. Always read the label on the pouch you receive for the definitive ingredient list, allergen information and nutritional values.
Not medical advice. Nothing on this site is medical or nutritional advice. If you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, or taking medication, speak to a qualified professional before changing your diet.
Pricing and availability. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, withdraw promotional pricing, or discontinue a product at any time. Where a product is listed at a materially incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.
Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, including after payment, where the product is unavailable, where we cannot deliver to the address given, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. Any amount already collected is refunded in full.
Payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
